Our team are excited to have started work on our Woodland Gardens development, which will see us building 28 new homes in Bolton!
The properties will be created on a vacant plot of land near Woodland close near St Catherine’s Academy.
To mark the beginning of the works, our Hive Homes team were joined by contractors J Greenwood Builders as the first spade was planted into the ground.
The development, named Woodland Gardens, will offer two and three bedroom homes. Its name comes from the road that leads up to it.
The properties will offer homes to people in the area and also reflect the existing character of the surrounding buildings in terms of height, style and materials. Each home will have a private garden and electric vehicle charging point.
Ed Milner, managing director of Hive Homes, said: “We’re excited to be bringing these much needed homes to Bolton after receiving great support from both Bolton Council and local people.
“These homes will be built to a high specification without a hefty price tag that other developers may charge, so we are sure that they will benefit many people and families within the area.”
Adrian Rooney, managing director for J Greenwood Builders, added: “We are looking forward to working with Hive Homes on our first project together. This is wonderful opportunity for us, our consultants and supply chain to provide these new family homes.”
