As a housebuilding partnership made up of socially-minded registered housing providers from across Greater Manchester, we’re excited to say that we’ll soon be building 100s of new homes across the region, subject to planning approval.
We’re looking forward to developing these high-quality homes that will support the needs of local people via our stunning new sites in Wigan, Oldham, and across two sites in Bury – one in Seedfield and one in Radcliffe.
These new sites would follow on from our other recent development of 48 homes in Middleton, named Osprey Place – as well as over 100 sustainable new homes that we are currently building; 102 in Rochdale on our Weavers Fold site and 28 in Bolton on our Woodland Gardens site.
These new homes will stand-out compared to many currently being developed by other providers, partly because they are built to a high-spec as standard, avoiding the excessive add-on costs for optional extras, and partly because we reinvest any profits to support local communities across Greater Manchester. If you buy a new Hive Homes property, you can be rest assured that you are supporting the wider community too!
To continue building new homes that meet the need of local communities, we are now putting out a call for partnership and land opportunities and we are eager for anyone with potential opportunities to get in touch.
Ed Milner, the Managing Director of Hive Homes said, “We’re excited to be working collaboratively with a number of our Local Authority partners to deliver environmentally friendly and desirable, modern family homes that will not only help contribute towards the economic growth of Greater Manchester, but they’ll give residents some fantastic places to live too. With our profits being ringfenced and reinvested back into local Greater Manchester communities, we look forward to telling even more people about what we do.
We encourage any individuals or businesses that may have partnership or land opportunities to please get in touch. We want to keep building to keep helping others and maybe, you or someone you know can help us do that.”
