Your Rights with Hive Homes
At Hive Homes, we believe that buying a new home should be an enjoyable journey, not a stressful one.
We are committed to a high standard of quality and transparency. That is why we are proud to be a registered developer with the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB), adhering strictly to their New Homes Quality Code (NHQC).

What is the New Homes Quality Code?
The NHQC is enforced through the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB), which requires that all their registered builders adopt and comply with the Code. They will also appoint and oversee the performance of the independent New Homes Ombudsman Service.
However, the specific version of the Code that applies to you depends on when you reserved your home.
Which Code Applies to Your Purchase?
Purchases between October 2022 – 1st March 2026
If you reserved your Hive Home between 1st October 2022 and 1st March 2026; your purchase is covered by the version of the New Homes Quality Code active during that period.
